DPC Senior Associate Bodo Weber participated, together with The Atlantic‘s Moscow correspondent Jeffrey Tayler, in the online debate ‘NATO Enlargement and the Case for Montenegro’ organized by DEBATES.EU. Weber and Tayler discussed Montenegro’s bid for NATO membership during which the debate broadened to cover the tense relationship among NATO, the West and Russia.
