While there are many resources in Bosnia and Herzegovina that could provide a strong framework for a better future for the people in the country, the political economy has made it easy for a few actors to exploit these opportunities, extracting the resources and removing the wealth.
This report is based on discussions held in early June while traveling in the region and speaking with more than 20 interlocutors about their impressions of western policy, and what they would like to see for the future.
