OUT-LINES in International Law: Existential Risks to Bosnia-Herzegovina: The Critical Bridge of Constitutional Reform

On 4 November 2021, in its third OUT-LINES webinar on international law, Garden Court North Chambers, in association with Accountability Unit, Coalition for Genocide Response and the University of Manchester’s International Law Centre and Justice Hub, explored existential risks to Bosnia-Herzegovina and the critical need for constitutional reform.

Valery Perry joined Sir Geoffrey Nice QC, Amna Popovac, Bojan Šošić, Iva Vukušić, Azra Zornič, Aarif Abraham and Gail Lythgoe for a lively discussion. Aarif Abraham’s book, A Constitution of the People and How to Achieve It provided broad framing for new thinking about constitutional issues.
