Senior Associate Kurt Bassuener presents at roundtable on “Improving Dialogue between civil society in BiH and Serbia on Questions of European Integration,” held in Belgrade on March 16, 2012 and co-sponsored by the Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies, Europeum, and the European Research Centre. The session in Belgrade concerned constitutional issues. Kurt Bassuener presented on the stagnation of constitutional reform processes in BiH, why they are stalled, and why they remain essential. Participants included a diverse cross-section of civil society from both BiH and Serbia.
