DPC initiated an open letter to Western policymakers calling on them to reject ideas of partition of Kosovo, and/or land swaps with Serbia, as proposed by Serbian President Vučić in July. The letter gathered nearly 70 signatures from civil society organizations and figures, academics, former policymakers, and others, from the Western Balkans and beyond.
